You will receive an email with your ticket which has a unique booking reference and bar code. You can print out your ticket or show it on your electronic device at the admissions area to gain entry.

Willows Activity Farm Member discounted tickets are available and must be purchased in advance.

If you need to bring a carer with you, please book a free carers ticket and bring proof of status on the day. This can either be:

• Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance letter dated within the last 12 months

• Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter dated within the last 12 months

• Current and valid Blue Badge

• A letter from a GP or consultant, dated within the last 12 months, confirming the need for a carer/personal assistant.

The carer must be over 16 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who holds the disability.

Yes, Kids Fest Herts is a separately ticketed event that requires its own admission ticket to enter. Buy your tickets here

There is no automatic entry for Willows Activity Farm Members. Separate Kids Fest Herts member tickets must be purchased in advance for entry to the Festival Field.

We highly recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance.

For spontaneous visitors, remaining tickets will be available at the ticketing office located right by the entrance. We cannot guarantee availability on the day of the event.

Kids Fest Herts will still go ahead but if it rains continuously for one hour from 3pm, then all Kids Fest Herts ticket holders will receive a complimentary visit to Willows Activity Farm to take place before 10th October 2024.
